throughout. The crescent shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a huge terrace
to the East and West of the property and is adjacent to a large outside
dining area. The mature foliage, surrounding mimosa trees and 100' driveway

Outside Description
The spacious swimming pool is located directly in front of the house
and has a summer kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and large charcoal
barbecue.
There is a utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine and separate
indoor pool shower area. The heated (29 C - March - Oct) pool measures
approx. 13 metres by 5 metres and has a selection of sunlounges for your
relaxation. The pool is fitted with a Pool Alarm - now obligatory in France.
There are numerous seating areas around the house and there is a large
table for dining "alfresco".
The Villa has automatic watering for the garden and there is both pool and
garden lighting.

lies approx. 4km away from Villa Chateau d'Eeau and is easily
accessible by car or taxi.
Antibes
Antibes-Juan les Pins is one of the most well known
resorts on the Côte d'Azur, located between Nice (20 km) and Cannes (12km). Antibes manages to be a
historic town, an eventful town and also an innovating town, easily mixing these
multiple facets. Juan les Pins is the most exciting part with an exciting
nightlife where night owls run shoulders in summer as they move between
fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping ...Antibes is quieter with a variety of
restaurants, cafés, theatres, piano bars, chic hôtels and private clubs.
The Cap d'Antibes is a small piece of paradise, you can visit it by taking
